Experience a memorable 11 Nights / 12 Days Romantic Rajasthan Tour combining Delhi with Rajasthan’s most atmospheric royal cities. Begin with Delhi sightseeing before travelling to Udaipur, the City of Lakes, for a romantic Lake Pichola boat ride, City Palace, Jagdish Temple and Saheliyon Ki Bari. Continue via the marble temples of Ranakpur to Jodhpur for Mehrangarh Fort and the Blue City, then travel to Jaisalmer for its living fort, havelis, Gadisar Lake and a sunset excursion to the Sam Sand Dunes. The journey continues to Gajner and Bikaner for Junagarh Fort and heritage sightseeing before reaching Jaipur for Amber Fort, City Palace, Jantar Mantar and Hawa Mahal. Designed especially for couples and honeymooners, the package balances sightseeing with relaxed evenings and can include a romantic room setup, cake or special dinner according to the selected hotel plan. The historic elephant-ascent element at Amber Fort is not included in the base package; standard road, jeep or authorised visitor transport is used instead.
Day-wise Itinerary
Day 1Arrival in Delhi+
Arrive at Delhi Airport or railway station, meet the Saar Holidays representative and transfer to your hotel. Complete check-in and spend the rest of the day relaxing after the journey or enjoying an easy evening together. Overnight stay in Delhi.
Day 2Old & New Delhi Sightseeing+
After breakfast, enjoy a full-day exploration of Delhi with a comfortable private vehicle. Depending on opening days and the final sightseeing plan, visit or view landmarks such as Qutub Minar, Humayunu2019s Tomb, India Gate, the central government district, Raj Ghat, Jama Masjid and the historic lanes of Old Delhi. Return to the hotel in the evening for an overnight stay in Delhi.
Day 3Delhi to Udaipur+
After breakfast, transfer to Delhi Airport for the confirmed flight to Udaipur when included in the final quotation, or follow the operational travel arrangement specified in the package. On arrival in the City of Lakes, meet the local representative and transfer to your hotel. Spend the evening at leisure enjoying Udaipuru2019s romantic lakeside atmosphere. Overnight stay in Udaipur.
Day 4Romantic Udaipur & Lake Pichola+
Begin the day with Udaipur sightseeing, visiting City Palace, Jagdish Temple, Saheliyon Ki Bari and selected old-city viewpoints. Later enjoy a boat ride on Lake Pichola subject to water levels and operating conditions, taking in views of the Lake Palace, Jag Mandir and the Aravalli hills. A romantic room setup, cake or special dinner may be arranged this evening when included in the selected package. Overnight stay in Udaipur.
Day 5Udaipur to Jodhpur via Ranakpur+
After breakfast, leave Udaipur and drive toward Jodhpur with a stop at the celebrated Ranakpur Jain Temple complex, subject to temple timings and visitor rules. Continue through the scenic Aravalli countryside to the Blue City, check in at the hotel and spend the evening exploring the local market or relaxing together. Overnight stay in Jodhpur.
Day 6Jodhpur Sightseeing & Drive to Jaisalmer+
After breakfast, explore Jodhpuru2019s royal heritage with visits to Mehrangarh Fort and Jaswant Thada, together with selected accessible areas or viewpoints associated with Umaid Bhawan Palace. Later drive across Rajasthanu2019s changing desert landscape toward Jaisalmer. Check in at the hotel on arrival and stay overnight in Jaisalmer.
Day 7Jaisalmer Fort & Sam Sand Dunes Sunset+
Spend the day discovering the Golden City, including Jaisalmer Fort, Patwon Ki Haveli or other historic havelis, Gadisar Lake, Jain temples and the colourful old-city lanes. In the afternoon, travel to the Sam Sand Dunes for a romantic desert sunset and cultural programme when operational. Camel riding is not part of the base package and may be added separately only if requested. Return to Jaisalmer for an overnight stay.
Day 8Jaisalmer to Gajner & Bikaner Excursion+
After breakfast, drive toward Gajner and check in at the selected heritage-style accommodation. Later make an excursion to Bikaner to explore Junagarh Fort, selected accessible areas of Lalgarh Palace and the National Research Centre on Camel subject to current timings. Return to Gajner or the confirmed Bikaner-area hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 9Gajner/Bikaner to Jaipur+
Enjoy breakfast and then continue by private road vehicle to Jaipur. On arrival in Rajasthanu2019s Pink City, check in at the hotel and relax after the drive. The evening is free for a leisurely walk, local shopping or a quiet dinner together. Overnight stay in Jaipur.
Day 10Jaipur Royal Heritage Tour+
After breakfast, explore Jaipuru2019s most celebrated royal landmarks. Visit Amber Fort using standard road, jeep, shuttle or other authorised visitor transport rather than elephant riding, then continue to City Palace, Jantar Mantar, the Hawa Mahal area and Birla Temple according to the final sightseeing plan. Spend the evening at leisure and stay overnight in Jaipur.
Day 11Jaipur to Delhi+
After breakfast, check out and drive back to Delhi by private AC vehicle. On arrival, check in at the hotel and keep the evening free for last-minute shopping, a relaxed farewell meal or rest before departure. Overnight stay in Delhi.
Day 12Delhi Departure+
After breakfast, check out at the appropriate time and transfer to Delhi Airport or railway station for your onward journey. The Romantic Rajasthan Tour concludes with memories of Lake Pichola, royal forts and palaces, the Blue City, golden desert sunsets and Jaipuru2019s heritage.
