Indian Wildlife Tour – Wild Adventure – 10 Nights / 11 Days

Arrive at Bengaluru Airport or railway station, meet the Saar Holidays representative and transfer to your hotel. After check-in and rest, explore selected highlights of the Garden City such as Lalbagh Botanical Garden, Vidhana Soudha, Bengaluru Palace or other attractions according to arrival time and the final sightseeing plan. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay in Bengaluru.

After breakfast, drive to Bannerghatta for a wildlife-focused day. Enjoy the authorised lion and tiger safari experience and explore selected visitor attractions such as the zoo, reptile section or butterfly park according to the operating schedule. The experience offers close-range interpretation of wildlife in managed safari enclosures rather than a free-ranging tiger-reserve safari. Return to Bengaluru in the evening for an overnight stay.

After breakfast, check out and drive to Mysuru. On arrival, check in at the hotel and begin exploring the cityu2019s royal heritage, with visits such as Mysore Palace and selected local landmarks depending on timing. Later, visit Brindavan Gardens when included and operational, then return to the hotel for an overnight stay in Mysuru.

Begin the day with breakfast and travel to Ranganathittu Bird Sanctuary on the River Cauvery. Join a guided boat ride, subject to water level and operating conditions, to observe resident and migratory birds such as storks, herons, cormorants, kingfishers and pelicans, with possible marsh-crocodile sightings. Continue with selected Srirangapatna or Balmuri-area sightseeing before returning to Mysuru for an overnight stay.

After breakfast, drive from Mysuru toward the Nagarholeu2013Kabini wildlife landscape and check in at the selected jungle lodge or wildlife resort. Spend the afternoon settling into the forest environment and, when available, join a lodge-side naturalist activity or an authorised safari session according to the confirmed booking. Dinner and overnight stay near Nagarhole/Kabini.

Dedicate the day to Nagarhole National Park and the Kabini backwaters. Subject to confirmed slots, permits and weather, enjoy authorised jeep safari and/or boat safari experiences with trained naturalists or forest guides. Look for elephants, gaur, deer, wild dogs, monkeys, crocodiles and abundant birdlife, while tiger or leopard sightings remain entirely natural and cannot be guaranteed. After breakfast, check out and travel toward Bandipur National Park through the forested landscapes of southern Karnataka. Check in at the selected wildlife lodge and relax after the journey. Depending on arrival time and confirmed availability, enjoy an authorised safari or a guided lodge-side nature orientation outside restricted forest areas. Dinner and overnight stay near Bandipur.

Spend the day exploring Bandipur through authorised jeep or Forest Department mini-bus safari sessions according to the confirmed booking and current regulations. The reserve supports Asian elephants, gaur, chital, sambar, sloth bear, wild dog, leopard, tiger and more than 200 bird species. Elephant safaris are discontinued, so all wildlife viewing in the base package uses currently authorised vehicle-based arrangements. Return to the lodge between safari sessions and stay overnight near Bandipur.

After breakfast, leave Bandipur and drive into the Nilgiri Hills toward Ooty. Check in at the hotel and later explore selected attractions such as the Government Botanical Garden, Doddabetta viewpoint and scenic tea-growing landscapes according to the final programme. Enjoy the cooler hill-station atmosphere and stay overnight in Ooty.

After breakfast, continue exploring Ooty and the surrounding Nilgiris. The programme may include tea-estate viewpoints, local gardens, markets and a respectful Toda-community cultural visit or approved cultural interpretation experience when community access is available. Learn about the regionu2019s distinctive pastoral traditions without treating residential communities as staged attractions. Return to the hotel for your final overnight stay in Ooty.

After breakfast, check out and begin the road journey from Ooty to Bengaluru. Enjoy changing Nilgiri, forest and plateau scenery along the way, with rest stops as required.
