Arrive late night at New Delhi International airport. On arrival, the guest will be meet our representative who would transfer him to his hotel. Upon arrival at hotel the guests would be provided with traditional Indian welcome consisting of Aarti-Tikka and garlands with non-alcoholic welcome drink. Overnight at hotel.
On the second day of your Golden triangle tour, you would explore the many faceted of Delhi, the capital city. The city itself is divided into New Delhi and Old Delhi. While NEW is hip – hop, OLD Delhi carries the traditional touch.
We will start with the sightseeing tour of Old Delhi. The first part will include exploration of Chandni Chowk and its markets. Unlike any posh locality, these markets are grounded and each shop date back 100 of years. In fact., they have became a heritage themselves. From Chandni Chowk market, you can purchase number wearables. Bargaining will be the buzz word. Most of the shopkeepers here are wholesalers and don’t prefer retailing.
A rickshaw ride on Chandni Chowk road is an amazing way to experience the beauty of Old Delhi. The twist and turns these roads have are just phenomenal and we are sure you would have never travelled on a such bumpy roads. Your Old Delhi tour will be take you on an exploration which will be worth while experience. The first monument that you are going to explore on your Delhi tour is Old Fort or the Purana Quila an imposing structure on the Mathura Road. Initially started by Humayun, a Mughal emperor, the fort was completed by Sher Shah Suri. After changing number of thrones, Old fort finally came under Humayun.
Then we have the Red Fort or the Lal Quila which is an indispensable part of Mughal heritage. Constructed by Mughal emperor, Red Fort derives its name from the huge walls of red sandstone that characterize the eight sides of the fort. Post Lunch we would head towards the modern part of Delhi – NEW DELHI. Here your have the Lotus Temple. Located 12km southeast of Connaught Place, Lotus temple is mainly known for its shape.
As a part of shopping spree, you have markets like South Ex, Lajpat Nagar and Sarojini Nagar. By evening, you sure will be exhausted, our representative will take you back to your hotel room. Overnight stay at hotel.
Our next stop will be Jaipur. After breakfast, we will drive to Jaipur en route stopping at Samode (280 kms) – for lunch. This will be an experience by itself. Your Samode travel will be made exciting by exploring places like Samode Palace. The comfortable palace is today full of architectural delights with stately corridors, frescoed walls ethereal audience halls, harmoniously reflecting the skill of master craftsmen. Samode haveli have won the award of best heritage hotel in the country for 5 consecutive years. Samode Haveli is totally a retreat with perfect ambiance to its visitors. Then you have the Samode Bagh, a sprawling 10 acres oasis, which forms a perfect place to spend your evening.
The best time in Samode will be the time that you spend in Samode Village or the ‘Dhanis’. Wandering through the village streets will give you a wonderful insight to traditional Rajasthan. Interact with the local farmers and village folks. This will be total fun.
Samode is approximately 45 kms from Jaipur, so it will take less than 1 hr to reach Jaipur. By evening, we will move out to yet another marvellous destination of Rajasthan – Jaipur. Overnight at hotel.

Our guide will be in a constant touch with you and would help you in every monent. He would rather act as friend on your journey. After your breakfast, we would move out of the city to explore the fascinating tourists spots of the city. Just 11 kms from the city, Amber fort was constructed by Raja Man Singh in 1592. The other monument that you can spectacle are Hawa Mahal and City Palace.
By late evening we have arranged a special puppet show for you in the courtyard of your hotel. This unique traditional art form is the best way to see the beauty of Rajasthan culture. Don’t forget to try ‘Dal Batti Churma’, the tasty Rajasthani cuisine before leaving Jaipur. Next morning, that is on the fifth day of our Golden Triangle tour, we will take you to Fatehpur Sikri. Fatehpur Sikri is located 40 kms from Agra city. It is an imperial city of the Mughal dynasty. Just close to Agra city, Fatehpur Sikri increases the inquisitiveness to know more about the abode which is so close to Agra. Glimpse into Mughal world by exploring the Bulund Darwaja, the largest gateway in the world. Post lunch we will move to Agra, the city with charming gallore – Taj Mahal. Upon arrival in Agra – check-in at the hotel. This will be your first advent to the Mughal kingdom.
In the morning itself, we will visit the Taj Mahal at dawn, a white marble memorial built by Shah Jahan for his beautiful wife Mumtaz Mahal. Taj Mahal took 22 years to complete and was designed and planned by Persian architect Ustad Isa. Apart from it’s stunning design balance and perfect symmetry, the Taj is also noted particularly for its elegant domes, intricately carved screens and some of the best inlay work ever seen. Near Taj Mahal, we have another tourist spot which has a bewildering beauty – Agra Red Fort.
Post Lunch you will be transferred to railway station for Shatabdi Express train that head Gwalior (0820/0940 hrs) for a full day sightseeing tour. Upon arrival at Gwalior Railway Station, the guests will directly proceed for sightseeing. Your Gwalior tour includes the enormous 19th century Jai Vilas Palace & crystal. A few of the rooms have been converted into a museum filled with the Scindia dynasties memorabilia.
Thereafter you proceed to the Usha Kiran Palace hotel for a lunch. Usha Kiran Palace was originally the Maharaja’s guest house. After lunch proceed to the huge Gwalior Fort – where a sun temple is believed to have been constructed within the area of the fort. Also visit Man Mandir & which forms the eastern wall of the fort. The fort has monument that dates back to 8th century A.D. onwards and is one of the largest forts in India. Also visit the Gujri Mahal & the Tomb of the famous musician Tansen.
Evening transfer to the Railway Station for Taj Express train back to Agra.(1655/1825 hrs). Upon arrival in Agra, the guests will be transferred to hotel. Overnight at hotel.
After leisurely breakfast drive to Delhi (203 kms/ 5 hrs). In Agra, we won’t do much thing. This will be your relaxation day and you can enjoy the spirit of Delhi in totality. Watch television, sleep or simply explore the hotel; the choice is all yours. If you want you can have a spa therapy in your hotel for rejuvenation (excluded of tour, just a recommendation).
