Begin with two nights in Delhi before travelling via Bharatpur’s Keoladeo National Park to Peharsar, Karauli, Pachewar and Bundi. Continue through Bijaipur and Ghanerao toward Rohet, with a Jodhpur heritage excursion, then move deeper into western Rajasthan through Garah, Khuri and Jamba before reaching Mahansar and Pachar in the Shekhawati belt and finally Jaipur for departure. Day-wise Itinerary
Day 1Arrival in Delhi+
Arrive at Delhi Airport or railway station, meet the Saar Holidays representative and transfer to your hotel. Complete check-in and spend the remainder of the day at leisure after your journey. Depending on arrival time, enjoy a gentle orientation or nearby market visit. Overnight stay in Delhi.
Day 2Old & New Delhi Sightseeing+
After breakfast, explore Old and New Delhi by private AC vehicle. Depending on opening days and the final sightseeing plan, visit or view Jama Masjid, the Red Fort area, Chandni Chowk, Raj Ghat, Humayunu2019s Tomb, Qutub Minar, India Gate and the central government district. Return to the hotel in the evening for an overnight stay in Delhi.
Day 3Delhi to Peharsar via Keoladeo National Park+
Leave Delhi after breakfast and travel toward rural Rajasthan. En route, stop at Keoladeo National Park in Bharatpur for a birding experience using walking, bicycle or a trained cycle-rickshaw arrangement as confirmed. Continue to Peharsar, a quiet rural stop associated with pottery, terracotta and village life. Check in at the selected heritage or rural property and stay overnight in Peharsar.
Day 4Peharsar to Karauli+
After breakfast, spend some time experiencing Peharsaru2019s village atmosphere before driving to Karauli. On arrival, check in at the hotel and later explore the old town at a relaxed pace. Depending on time and the final programme, visit local markets, traditional neighbourhoods or selected heritage areas. Overnight stay in Karauli.
Day 5Karauli Temples & Drive to Pachewar+
Begin the day with sightseeing in Karauli, including Kaila Devi Temple and Madan Mohan Ji Temple subject to current temple timings, dress codes and visitor rules. Later drive to Pachewar, check in at the selected heritage property and enjoy the quiet village setting. Overnight stay in Pachewar.
Day 6Pachewar Village Experience to Bundi+
After breakfast, enjoy a locally available Pachewar village and heritage experience. Depending on the confirmed programme, this may include a fort visit, birdwatching, rural walks, local music or craft interaction rather than fixed entertainment. Later drive to Bundi and check in at the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 7Bundi Heritage & Drive to Bijaipur+
Explore Bundiu2019s distinctive Rajput heritage after breakfast, including the Bundi Palace or Chitrashala, Taragarh area and Raniji ki Baori subject to current access and opening hours. After sightseeing, continue by road to Bijaipur and settle into the selected heritage stay. Overnight in Bijaipur.
Day 8Bijaipur to Ghanerao+
Spend the morning discovering Bijaipuru2019s castle and village atmosphere where operational, with time for locally coordinated interaction and photography only with permission. Later drive to Ghanerao, a historic settlement near the Aravalli hills, and check in at the selected heritage property. Enjoy a relaxed village walk or local orientation before an overnight stay in Ghanerao.
Day 9Ghanerao to Rohet via Ranakpur & Kumbhalgarh+
After breakfast, leave Ghanerao and travel through the Aravalli region. Visit the Ranakpur Jain Temple complex subject to temple timings and visitor rules, and include Kumbhalgarh Fort when road conditions, timing and monument access permit. Continue to Rohet for a heritage or village stay and enjoy the evening at leisure. Overnight in Rohet.
Day 10Rohet Village & Jodhpur Heritage Excursion+
After breakfast, experience Rohetu2019s rural surroundings through a locally coordinated village visit where available. Later make an excursion to Jodhpur to visit Mehrangarh Fort and Jaswant Thada, correcting the older legacy itinerary that incorrectly placed these monuments in Rohet. Return to the Rohet region and continue onward to the confirmed Garah-area rural stay according to the final road plan. Overnight in the Garah sector or equivalent rural property.
Day 11Garah to Khuri u2013 Desert Village & Camp+
Enjoy a relaxed morning in the rural Garah sector before travelling toward Khuri in the Thar Desert. On arrival, settle into the selected desert camp or village property and experience the dunes at sunset by walking or an authorised vehicle arrangement. Camel riding is not part of the base package. Enjoy a traditional dinner or cultural programme when included and stay overnight near Khuri.
Day 12Khuri to Jamba+
After breakfast at the desert camp, continue through western Rajasthan toward Jamba. Check in at the selected rural property and spend the day appreciating the quiet desert landscape, village life and local surroundings. Any community interaction is arranged respectfully with local hosts and remains subject to availability. Overnight stay in Jamba.
Day 13Jamba to Mahansar+
Spend the morning exploring Jambau2019s rural environment before driving toward Mahansar in the Shekhawati region. On arrival, check in at the heritage property and enjoy a guided or self-paced walk through local streets, havelis and painted architecture as available. Overnight stay in Mahansar.
Day 14Mahansar to Pachar u2013 Shekhawati Rural Heritage+
After breakfast, continue the Shekhawati experience with a half-day heritage walk in Mahansar focusing on frescoes, havelis and village culture rather than animal-riding activities. Later drive to Pachar and check in at the selected rural or heritage stay. Explore the surrounding village and locally available painted havelis or craft traditions with photography taken only after permission. Overnight stay in Pachar.
Day 15Pachar to Jaipur & Departure+
After breakfast, check out and drive from Pachar toward Jaipur. Transfer to Jaipur Airport or railway station according to the confirmed onward schedule, concluding the Rajasthan Village Tour after a journey through birding landscapes, temple towns, heritage forts, desert villages, local crafts and the rural traditions of Rajasthan.
